This Privacy Policy explains how Grail Nation LLC ("Grail Nation," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit grailnation.shop, use the Grail Nation mobile app, shop at our Johns Creek store, or send us sneakers to sell or trade.

Information we collect

Information you give us.

• Orders: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details. Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment partners (such as Shop Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay). We do not store your full card number.
• Account and email sign-up: your email address and any account details you add. If you join our email list (for example, to get a welcome discount), we use your email to send offers and updates.
• Sell and trade submissions: your name, email, an optional phone number, details about the pairs, and any photos, spreadsheets, or links you send us.
• Customer support: anything you include when you email or message us.

Information collected automatically. When you use our website, we and our service providers collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages and products viewed, search terms, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected with cookies, pixels, and similar tools.

Information in the mobile app. The app stores your sizes, saved pairs, and alert settings on your phone so it can show you pairs in your size and let you know about restocks and price drops. If you turn on notifications, we receive a device token so we can send them. The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How we use your information

• To process and ship orders, handle pickups, returns, and store credit, and provide customer support.
• To review sell and trade submissions and send you an offer.
• To send order updates and, if you've agreed, marketing emails or texts about new arrivals, restocks, and sales.
• To show you relevant products and ads, and to understand how our website and app are used so we can improve them.
• To prevent fraud, verify authenticity, keep our store secure, and comply with the law.

How we share your information

We share personal information only with companies that help us run Grail Nation, and only for the purposes above:

• Shopify, which hosts our online store, checkout, and customer accounts (Shopify's privacy policy).
• Payment providers such as Shop Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay.
• Shipping carriers and our shipping insurance provider (Shipsurance, through Shopify).
• Apps that power our store, such as site search and filters, product reviews, fraud screening, and email and text messaging.
• Google (including Google Workspace, where sell and trade submissions are stored), and advertising and analytics partners such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok.
• Marketplaces and sales channels we sell through, such as Shop and Whatnot, when you buy through them.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies and pixels may count as "selling" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. You can opt out as described below.

Cookies and advertising choices

We use cookies that are needed for the store to work (for example, your cart and checkout), plus analytics and advertising cookies. You can manage your choices using our cookie banner where it's shown, through your browser settings, or with a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor as an opt-out of targeted advertising. You can also opt out of interest-based ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance and Google Ad Settings.

Your choices and rights

• Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Texts: reply STOP to any text.
• App notifications: turn them off in your phone's settings or on the app's Alerts screen.
• Delete your data: use "Delete my account & data" in the app's Account tab, or email us. The app clears the data stored on your phone right away, and we will confirm deletion of your account data within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states), you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email info@grailnation.shop. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can also have an authorized agent contact us for you. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

How long we keep information

We keep order and payment records as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and legal requirements. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or until you ask us to delete it where the law allows.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website, app, or transmission is completely secure.

Children

Our website and app are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. You must be 18 or older to sell or trade with us. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
