Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Grail Nation LLC ("Grail Nation," "we," "us") for the website grailnation.shop and for orders, pickups, sales, and trades you make with us. By browsing the site, placing an order, or sending us sneakers to sell or trade, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from them, including our shipping policy and refund policy.

The shop at that address is our public location. A warehouse listing at the same address is not a public pickup point. If checkout offers pickup, pick up only at the shop, and only the items marked ready for pickup.

Products and condition

We sell new and pre-owned sneakers, and a smaller amount of streetwear and accessories.

Each listing should state the condition. Read the title, the condition notes, and the photos before you buy. If an accessory is not shown in the photos, it is not included. That includes extra laces, a dust bag, a receipt, or an original box, unless the listing says otherwise.

"Brand new" or "deadstock" means unworn, with the original box, unless the listing says otherwise. A replacement box, a missing lid, a B-grade pair, or any stated flaw is not deadstock, even if the shoe itself has not been worn. If a listing says both "new" and "B-grade," "replacement box," or "pre-owned," the more specific condition note controls.

Pre-owned grades describe wear. They are not a promise that the pair looks unworn.

• Lightly worn: light creasing or small signs of try-on or brief wear. No major flaws unless the notes say so.
• Moderately worn: visible creasing, sole wear, or use. Flaws called out in the notes or photos are part of the sale.
• Heavily worn: heavy creasing, sole wear, or obvious use. Buy this grade only if you have read the notes and looked at every photo.

We may correct a listing, cancel an order, or refuse a sale if the condition, size, or price was posted in error.

Authenticity

We authenticate items we sell. If an item we sold you is shown to be inauthentic, contact us with the proof and we will refund the purchase price of that item. This promise covers authenticity only. It does not change the final-sale rule for wear, fit, or a change of mind.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping unless the site says shipping is free. We may change a price or end a promotion at any time before you place the order. A price on StockX, GOAT, eBay, or another site is not our price.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will cancel that item and refund what you paid for it. We do not guarantee that a size will stay in stock after you add it to your cart.

One-of-a-kind pre-owned pairs are single items. If a listing is wrong or the pair has already sold, we may cancel and refund rather than substitute a different pair.

Sales tax is charged when the law requires it.

Shipping

We process orders in 1 to 3 business days. An order placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time on a day we are open ships the same day when the item is on hand. We are closed weekends and holidays. Some items need an extra transfer day before they can ship.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $200 or more. That free shipping is standard service only. Insurance, overnight, and other upgraded service still cost extra. Orders of $1,500 or more require a signature on delivery.

Shipping insurance, when you buy it, is provided through our shipping carrier's insurance program. It is not insurance from Grail Nation. Once the carrier marks a package delivered, the risk of porch theft or a missing package is yours unless the shipment was insured and the insurer covers the claim. Inspect the package when it arrives and tell us about shipping damage right away, with photos.

Pickup

If you choose in-store pickup, we will tell you when the order is ready. Pickup is at the shop only. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. An order that is not picked up within 7 days of our ready notice may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method, minus any non-refundable shipping you already used. We may refuse a pickup if the order details do not match.

Returns, exchanges, and final sale

Pre-owned items are final sale. That includes lightly worn, moderately worn, heavily worn, B-grade, and any pair sold with a stated flaw or a replacement box. We do not accept a return for size, fit, or a change of mind on a pre-owned item.

Brand new items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with these limits.

• The refund is store credit only, not a refund to your card, PayPal, or other original payment method.
• You pay return shipping.
• We charge a 10% restocking fee.
• We may reduce the credit further if the size you return is already overstocked.
• The shoes must be unworn, in the original box, with the tags and accessories they shipped with.
• Email grailnationbuyselltrade@gmail.com and wait for a return authorization before you ship anything back. We can refuse a package sent without one.
• Exchanges are in the shop only. We do not exchange by mail.

We may refuse a return that fails these rules. Store credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and does not expire unless we tell you otherwise at the time we issue it.

Nothing in this section limits a right you have under Georgia law that cannot be waived, including a refund where an item we sold is proven inauthentic.

Selling or trading your sneakers to us

Our sell and trade program is separate from a purchase on the site. Current offers, including store credit at 10% above a cash offer and payout by Zelle or PayPal, are described on our Sell Your Sneakers page and can change. Sending shoes does not lock a price. We inspect what arrives and pay or credit the amount we confirm after inspection. If we do not agree, we will return the shoes to you or hold them while we sort it out, at the method we both confirm by email.

You promise that you own the shoes you send and that they are authentic.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. Do not try to break into it, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, post someone else's payment details, or use a listing or photo as your own product listing on another marketplace. We may refuse service, cancel an order, or close an account when we reasonably believe there is fraud, resale abuse, or a violation of these terms.

Intellectual property

The site, our photos, our name, and our logos are owned by Grail Nation or used with permission. You may not copy our photos or listing text for your own store or marketplace listing. Sneaker names, brand names, and logos of Nike, Jordan, adidas, and others belong to their owners. We are not those brands.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site and the products are provided as available. To the fullest extent Georgia law allows, we disclaim implied warranties other than the authenticity promise above and any warranty that the law does not let us disclaim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, even if we knew they were possible. Our total liability for a claim about an order is the amount you paid us for that order. Some states do not allow these limits. In those states, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before you file a claim, email us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. You and we agree that claims will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to those courts, except that either of us may bring a claim in small claims court. We are not requiring arbitration.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after we post a change means you accept the new terms for later use.
