Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Final Sale Items

All pre-owned / used items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Brand New Items – Return Eligibility

Brand new items may be returned for store credit only if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn and unused

  • All original tags must be attached

  • All included accessories must be returned

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

Items returned in pre-owned or altered condition will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Store Credit Only

Approved returns are issued in the form of store credit only.
We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Sales tax paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.

  • Store credit does not include original shipping costs.

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not offer free return shipping.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total approved return amount for eligible brand new item returns.

If returned items are overstocked or repeat sizes, additional restocking adjustments may apply.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are currently available in-store only, unless otherwise specified.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and assist with a resolution.

Packaging Notice

Many of our items are displayed in-store prior to sale. As a result, original packaging, dust bags, or plastic wrapping may not be included unless specifically stated.

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and condition accuracy.
